All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
- Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate of $12.95 for all orders
- Recommended for time-sensitive purchases
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
- Free for orders over $50
- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We do not ship to certain remote areas in Asia.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for:

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in original, unused condition (no signs of shooting, tuning, or modifications)
- Include all original components, manuals, and protective materials
- Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order confirmation
- Be returned within 15 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Products
Due to their specialized nature, these items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Custom-tuned compound bows (specifically configured to customer specifications)
- ILF Olympic Recurve components with custom limb poundage
- Bowfishing equipment that shows any signs of water exposure
- Personalized or engraved items
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return Request

- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
- Photos of any defective items (if applicable)
2. Receive Return Authorization

- Return authorization number (RMA)

3. Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package your item using the original packaging. Include all components and documentation.

4. Processing Your Return
Once received at our San Diego facility:
- Inspection takes 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 2 business days after inspection

Deductions & Fees:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
