• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

We do not ship to certain remote areas in Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

4.3 Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

• ILF Olympic Recurve components with custom limb poundage
• Bowfishing equipment showing water exposure

5.3 Return Process

5.4 Refund Details

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns (waived for exchanges)
• Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
